Everything you need to know about how we handle your data when you apply for an internship at SnapItUp Nutrition.
1. Data collection
When you submit an internship application, we collect the information you provide directly: your full name, phone number, email address, age, college or university, course and year of study, the role you are applying for, any past experience details, portfolio or LinkedIn links, your motivation for joining SnapItUp, and how you heard about us. We only ask for information that is necessary to evaluate your application.
2. How we use your data
Your information is used solely for the internship selection process. This includes reviewing your application, contacting you about next steps, and matching your skills with open roles. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your application data for marketing purposes without your clear consent.
3. Data protection & confidentiality
SnapItUp Nutrition treats every application as confidential. Access to applicant data is restricted to authorized members of the SnapItUp team involved in hiring decisions. We use industry-standard security measures — including encrypted connections, authenticated access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure — to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
4. No data leaks
We will not leak, publish, or share your personal details publicly. Your resume, contact information, and answers remain private to the SnapItUp hiring team. If we ever need to share your information with an external evaluator or partner, we will ask for your permission first.
5. Data retention
We keep your application data for as long as it is needed for the current internship cycle and future hiring considerations. If you would like your data deleted at any time, email us at hello@snapitupnutrition.com and we will remove your information within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required by law to retain it.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided. You may also withdraw your application at any time by contacting us. We will respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner.
7. Accuracy of information
By submitting this form, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application or termination of any offer extended.
8. Non-discrimination
